With more deeply sloping sides than the standard skillet, it stands out from the fray. This pan has the same added volume and jaunty swoop of the saute' but with two split loop handles making it perfect for those rangetop to oven operations. With all of its acute angles and flair it makes for a particularly dramatic serving dish. See drawing for all dimensions (due to the hand made nature of these pans the dimensions may very slightly).

All of our cookware comes preseasoned with extra-virgin coconut oil and are ready for cooking right out of the box.
