Our carbon steel skillets are formed with a low sloping side wall and a delightfully robust handle, elegantly tapered to preclude any uncomfortable heat transference. We've recently added the whisk handle to our offerings. It stays just as cool but lightens the total weight of the pan quite a bit. Their unusual shape is sure to beguile and amuse for many years (generation) to come.

The group photo shows all three skillets (8",10", and 12") together to help to elucidate the differences in size between them. See drawing for all dimensions (due to the hand made nature of these pans the dimensions may very slightly).

All of our cookware comes preseasoned with extra-virgin coconut oil and are ready for cooking right out of the box.
